After having read the first two books of the Judy Vern series, written by Sonny Kohet, I could not wait to read the third tome, One Day, I Will Die.
The first two books of the series, In Death as in Life and Broken Promises, Broken Dreams,, served to develop most of the characters who would present themselves in the third work, One Day, I Will Die.
One Day, I Will Die picked up pace very quickly because early on a rapist and serial killer who stalked his victims, Mouse, was introduced to the story. Also, Rea, a lesbian with some very aggressive tendencies that included perpetrating female rape and assault, was also a new character in this work..
In addition to the dark turn that the One Day, I Will Die took, the relationships of bisexual Judy Vern and her friends and lovers took a prominence in the work.
I don’t want to give too much of the plot to the story away, but if a person likes to read about all manner of sexual relationships and practices, to include bisexuality, homosexuality, rape and murder, it will be a good read.
