How I won my 23rd bronze medal on a water quality dataset with Kaggle’s community competition
This morning I woke up and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I had won my 23rd bronze medal on Kaggle’s water quality competition.
This was a bit of a perplexing competition to enter because there were a lot of cell;s in the target that appeared only once. I therefore had to delete all of the rows that appeared only once and this pared down the train dataset considerably.
The link to the blog post that I have written on this competition can be found here:- https://tracyrenee61.medium.com/how-i-almost-won-kaggles-community-competition-on-a-water-quality-dataset-350d312f3a6e
I would have liked to have won a silver medal on this competition, but sadly that was not the case. Maybe I will have better luck when I work on the next competition.
