Interview question: What is recursion and give a code example of it

A few days ago I watched a YouTube video byClever Programmer, where he explained why he was going to move away from creating programming based content and to make videos on things that he liked, such as chess.

One of the problems with YouTube content creators is the fact that they have changed their algorithm and this impacts the amount of money that content creators will receive from Adsense. For example, a viewer has to watch a minimum of 15 seconds of ads before the content creator will get any money at all for the video he has produced. People who are professional YouTubers but a lot of effort into creating content for YouTube, and according to a video that I watched by Prepper Princess, she and other YouTubers have seen their income from Adsense fall 50% to 75%. Content creators now have little incentive to put videos on YouTube, so many of them have moved over to Vimeo.

I know I have regressed a bit in this post, but I felt that I should give a little background information on why so many Content creators are leaving YouTube.

Clever Programmer did not say anything about wanting to stop creating content for YouTube because of a decrease in Adsense revenue, but he did comment that he seemed to be in a perpetual financial cycle of deficit, spending more money than he is…
