What happened when I used ChatGPT to code in Python

ChatGPT became available to the public on 30 November 2022, but I only just heard of it early in 2023. I was intrigued by this new chatbot, as I had never used one before. I had only ever used Google Search, but since I had seen such magnificent reviews of the product I decided that I must give it a try.
